Boxing is the focus, you will learn how to punch, weave, slip, and move like so many practitioners of the Sweet Science….the boxers!
Hybrid because while boxing is our foundation, we use many other methods such as Cardio Respiratory Endurance, Calisthenics, High Intensity Interval Training, Yoga, Tai Chai, Balance and Coordination, Speed and Agility, and Strength & Conditioning just to name a few. The result of this blend, plain and simple, the results that you wanted and then some.
You will feel the sacrifice that a boxer makes on a daily basis in perfecting their craft by pushing their bodies to the limit AND THEN
You will understand threshold measures and what it means to exist in and go beyond them. We do not wait for the proverbial "Second wind" to kick in, the F2L program is rooted in the anaerobic (uncomfortable) stage of physical fitness. And the anaerobic stage is where the results start and continue to happen for the better. However, we do not believe in pushing you until you are hurt, or while you’re hurt, what we do believe is that there is a greater chance for results when the body is in burn mode to fuel very high and intense workout stages and eliminating the "BAD" in the body all at the same time!
